Vandana

Trainer

Vandana is an Advanced Level yoga practitioner with over 20 years of experience in learning and teaching yoga. She has traveled to and lived in various ashrams in India where she has received training from renowned yoga gurus and swamis belonging to Art of Living, Sadhguru, and Sri M.

She was awarded the Teacher’s Training certificate from Swami Nithyanand’s Rikhiapeeth Ashram, a part of the Bihar School of Yoga. In addition to yoga, Vandana is also well-versed with other forms of exercise and wellness including Tai Chi, Meipadam, Ashtanga Yoga, Pilates, Vipassna, and many more.
